Who has purchased a brand new seat for their truck??

I just got a quote for $1800 to redo my seat and that seams very high. LMC sells new foam and vinyl kits and that is $800.00 right there.

If you bought a new seat can you give me the website info and post some pics?

I saw a bench seat in a '70 today at the salvage yard that looked almost like new. It looked to even have the original cover on it that was in great shape. You might look at your local salvage yard to see what you can find. Original parts for less than what you would probably pay just in shipping charges for the new stuff

Thanks for the link! I want to replace my buddy bucket with something original looking and they have some interesting seats. Plus they are only a couple hours away.
