WAT? Did you read the part about these are non-Cut-Out flares. Nowhere in their instructions does it say anything about cutting. These flares are called Extend-A-Fender like the ones Special-K posted but add additional tire coverage over the part number he has. I think these are pretty new flares that just came available the last year or so.

Non -cut was the best part, it was the other cutting ones i stopped looking at
my punkuation lol didn't help tho
