oil and water gage ran backwards so cut up the unused decal in kit to made it work right. was thinking afterwards could of switch 2wires around to make gage work backward?

1 problem with the speedo is at 50 mph it only reads 25mph on the gage
think the problem is in the needle swipe jimmy gage was smaller

the odometer in the speedo head is just a non working set of numbers
the circuit board for the gage set is mounted under the dash with the odometer
on it . can't find a pic of it
