Looks like they go for between 40 and 100 dollars on ebay.

Re: how rare is this?

while it has a gm label - I'm guessing it's not exactly a collector's item. simply a predecessor to the "box of Buss fuzes" that we have all kept in the glovebox since we burned out our first fuze.

I understand that just thought since it was 68 only it would have some significance

Re: how rare is this?

Of course it has significance and of course it's collectible. It's a GM accessory and model specific. Buss fuses are dime a dozen replacement parts, yet a full tin 5-pack in good condition is a cool collectible. Any GM glovebox nick-nack is significant

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: how rare is this?

I have never seen or heard of it , it is a cool little trinkit. It could have been a helpful little thing to have in your truck then,as well as now.

I'm glad you replied to my post - somehow I missed in your original post that this was a 68-only item. How do you know that? That's very cool. So, yes, definitely a little more collectible than what I was thinking it was - just a GM parts counter thingy you could buy for many years. I should read more carefully.

I know this because if you read on the package it says 1968 Chevrolet only

Re: how rare is this?

thanks - that pretty cool. Makes you wonder why they would produce something like that would say 68 only, when the fuses didn't change until many years later. Maybe just because the kit's box itself mimics the fuse panel and they were different later/earlier? Who knows. interesting little piece.
