You first have to remove the wiper arms. Look for little clips at the base of them, once they are out the arms just pop off the splines. Next are some philips screws holding the middle area of the cowl. And lastly, there are 1/2" bolts holding it down on either end. Open your doors and you will see them. Oh, almost forgot, you will have to remove the antenna too.
