Clutch time, brand preference?
My throw-out bearing has been chattering and howling at me since this weekend. Finished failing today while I was out driving...Grrrrrrrr...
A friend of mine has the Hays Super-Truck Performance Clutch Kit, he loves it, but it is ~$300. :/ I am looking at the AC Delco 381969, I have found it for $100...anyone ever use it? The description from RockAuto.com: PLATE KIT,CLU PRESS & DRVN (W/ CVR) ; HIGHER CLAMP LOAD COVER, OPTIONAL; REGULAR CAB; 4 WHEEL DRIVE; RAISED DIAPHRAGM 12X10TX1 1/8. It is the highest grade one without going to ceramic. Any opinions on clutches around here?

Re: Clutch time, brand preference?
I prefer the LUK brand, if you can find them at your local parts house...and I always get the HD one.
