I just recieved repro fenders from Goodmark/triplus (Tiawan) from a Canadian supplier.
If you'd read my previous posts you'd know I was pretty skeptical of repro quality.
I cannot vouch for the fit but I can say I'm very impressed with the look. If you'd told me they were NOS I would have fallen for it. I did a bunch of measuring and the dimensions seem spot on and the bolt holes seem to be as well. All the lines seem crisp and straight. They are identical to OEM. They are the new tooling and Zinc coated.
I threw them on the bathroom scale and they weigh about a pound less than OEM.
The same goes for the rear wheel tubs.
It will be awhile before I try mounting them and I may be singing a different tune then. I hope not. As it stands right now I am very pleased.

I was happy with Scott's, he's been around a good long while. When I hadn't heard from him for a couple weeks after placing my order I sent him a polite email asking about the status of it, he responded immediatly, apologized for the delay and took care of all the shipping costs himself, saved me well over $200. Thats the kind of service you hope for but rarely recieve.
He's also cheaper than American suppliers when you factor in exchange, brokerage and shipping.

Repo1 I can only imagine what a new bed would cost.... at least $4000 after all is said and done I suppose.

Out of curiosity...how did they ship your parts, how long did it take, and how much did shipping cost?

I'm trying to compare buying parts from a Canadian supplier vs. US. When comparing local suppliers (Piston Ring/Canadian Tire/GM Dealers) to US parts suppliers the US suppliers often have better prices even with shipping and exchange. At least...that's what I've found.

My parts were shipped by truck, a pallet load of em'. I picked them up at the depot, just broke down the shipment and loaded it in my pick up.
It only took four days from Scott's once the back ordered parts arrived.
Shipping would have cost $200 or so.
BTW everything was nicely packed and damage free.
It was EZ.
I have also ordered stuff from the states, from Wes etc. The deal breaker has been the brokerage fees. For various reasons some vendors won't ship to Canada but I know Classic Heartbeat does.
I like our good neighbours but I also like to support local business if the price is fair.

I know that the local NAPA in town here sells repro body parts. Not sure of the actual brand. I bought a patch panel for the lower front of my passenger side front fender from them and the metal was quite thick, and the part fit great.

They quoted me $800 for each box side, and there would be no shipping if they brought them in with the next stock order that they recieve each week.

Yeah, not a GM, but I love it. 1969 GMC 32,000 - fix, drive, relax, fix... 2019 BMW R1250 GSA - Yahoooooooo 1979 Honda GL 1000 - retro touring at its best. Past: '05 Sierra 4x4 - Had 270,000 KM and running well when it was written-off by a stop sign runner. '94 F-150 from the "F word" company. I'll admit it...good truck. Sold what was left of it for $800 to a guy who came to pick it up at 11:00 PM with cash in hand. Hmm. '79 Sierra Grande (Black) organ donor - perfect rebuildable 4-bolt 350 and a good TH350. '76 Sierra Grande (Orange) - hate isn't too strong a word. Kid who bought it turned it into a hot rod. '68 C-10 R.I.P. - Dad's old truck...too far gone to resurrect. '59 C-50 - with hoist. Truck is gone, wife isn't. Nuff said.
