Need Suggestions - Visual Emissions test

So, heres my problem i have a 1985 high sierra, and where i used to live (NH) i didn't need near the amount of inspection, i was running headers, straight pipes to mufflers. and no smog stuff under the hood. Recently i moved to Pennsylvania and found out that there one of the strictest states on older vehicles... I need to have all my factory emissions stuff hooked up along with the cats. i have the cats covered got fakes, the just hollow on the inside. My truck just gets a visual so they'll pass. but for under the hood... im screwed an my NH plates are up next month. is there anyone in PA or anywhere that found a way around the system? i looked at classic tags but there so many restriction on how many miles i can drive and when i can drive it.. this is my daily driver so cant do that.

I believe you can buy a pass around it never done it though I'm in PA to and also have a high sierra, I just take my truck to a sticker slapper and he doesn't really care about any emissions, you may want to get a fuel canister and hook it up if there isn't one there, other than that you shouldn't have much more emissions is just a bs way for them to get more money. They always have to find something wrong.

Yea I have regular tags, cops usually won't bug you just don't give them a reason to pull you over and you should be fine.
