I will include new left and right 63-70 upper and lower ball joints, plus nice dust shields for $315 shipped.

So these wont work with stock tie rod ends? Im abit confused here...

Would they fit a 69 crossmember with OEM componenets?

No, they were drilled out to 5/8th non tapered hole so you can bolt the heym joints to them.

You can buy heim joints and adjusters and use these on any truck, even without a rack and pinion steering setup. The pic is from this post.

Correct.
But you would want the heim on top of the spindle tie rod location,... with a stock crossmember.

Ok With the info above about the Heim Joints I am intrested again. I would like the Spindles and ball joints but dont need the dust sheilds. How about 275 Shipped for the ball joints and drop spindles?
