Canadian Base Equipment
My friend just got a 72 3/4 ton with a 250 and a three speed. one of the RPO codes in the glove box is for "Canadian Base Equipment". what is included in this option and what sets it apart from the US models?

I believe it was a block heater, manual throttle, and an inline heater for the heater hose. Mine had the same package on it
