By backplate are you meaning the mirror head, or part that attaches to the door?

I have a passenger side mount plate, but dont have a driver. The pass side mount plate was cut off the door in an 6" patch. I wanted the cast iron mirror arm w/o tearing up the OEM bolts. Let me know if interested. Its the yellow piece of door skin...still has the mounting plate on the reverse.
