Tim, I believe that truck is a Semi. I wouldn't have known it myself, but I read a story about those trucks that either that company or possibly by the previous outfit that would haul trailers one way and use the tank to back-haul fuel. I believe the outfit was in Maine. They said the idea worked good until some kind of road requirement law changed that made it no longer worth it.

I remember reading something about bob-tailing empty was a bear to drive.

Look close, I believe we can see the 5th Wheel.
