Re: WTB Blazer filler neck

I just found another tank for mine, so if you still need the neck off my old one, I can see about cutting it off

Re: WTB Blazer filler neck

Hey guys,

i got an entire Blazer gas tank. it has tiny pinholes on the bottom, so i am not sure if anyone wants to bother patching it up. It does have the neck, however it was cut off.

It is free for anyone that want to pick it up. i will post pics.

Re: WTB Blazer filler neck

I took mine to a shop that builds gas tanks to take the neck off my old tank and put in on the new tank. He said it was a real PITA to do and had to put dry ice in it to take care of any residual fuel before he removed the old neck. Didn't want to take any chances of it becoming a bomb. Good luck and be careful it was worth paying someone to do the work for me, but if I were to do it again I would've just bought a longer hose. Which is also fun to track down. Car Quest ended up having it.
