Converting 4WD 700R4 to 2WD
Hey guys, does anyone know if the output shaft is a different length on a 4WD 700R4 vs a 2WD one? It's in my 88 K5 with a NP208.
Thanks

Yes, the output shafts are longer on the 2WD trans. There is a bolt on tail housing that 2WD trans for the output seal. Its some where between 4-6" longer. Help that helps.
