4X4 Rear Disc Conversion

Does anyone manufacture a bolt on rear disc brake kit for 67-72 K series trucks? I see 6 lug rear conversion kits that specify two wheel drive only. What is the difference between the C & K rear ends? My rear drums are ready for an overhaul, trying to determine if upgrading to discs is an available, affordable option.

The truck in question is a 1971 with factory front disc.

Thanks in advance for feedback & advice!

Thanks Andrew!

Blackbirds' website has a link to this bulletin board, do they advertise here? (looking for discounts or coupons). Anybody used these guys? How is the quality of their parts and how is their customer service?
