89 gauge help needed

On my 89 v3500 the speedo has an opening at the bottom that has 2 bulbs in it. I've never had the lens so not sure exactly what they say. Can someone tell me what lens right and left halves say. The light on right keeps coming on but all my gauges read correct ( temp, volts, pressure) and all my fluids are good under the hood. For all i know its a seatbelt light having never seen the original lens. Any help would be great and BTW i am looking for one of these lenses but have not made it to salvage yard yet. Does anyone offer new or remanufactured ones? i cannot find it at LMC or classic ind. so far.

If memory serves one is Check Engine and the other is 4WD. I'll let you know for sure in an hour or so when I can go out and check.

This is correct. My 89 R3500 has the lens in it, but only the light bulb for the check engine light. I am pretty sure the right one is check engine, and the left is 4wd.
