To answer everyone's questions on this frame. I was unable to obtain a VA title due to a move to Ohio for employment. The frame is still at my house in VA so not really sure if selling it is feasible right now. If anyone has any interest is getting from my VA home let me know and I can arrange for a relative to meet with you and help and receive payment etc. Again, 67seb72klb has first shot. Thanks everyone.
