what speakers fit in the door and in the rear cab area please?

5.25" in the door without mods, 4" round or 4x6 plate for the rear pillar.
If you mod the location a bit, you can squeeze a 6.5 in the door and 5.25 in the rear.

You can fit some 6.5" speakers in the door as well.
