Bucket Seat Bracket (PICS)?

Does anybody have the layout measurements for the new holes to be drilled for the 69-72 brackets below (buckets are going into an original bench truck)? I am installing the same brackets...including the tilt forward passenger bracket. Also, is that the proper location for the "tension spring" on the driver’s bracket in the picture below? Any help and information would be deeply appreciated.
