collapsible steering column

Hello, new to this forum so don't know my way around yet.

Anybody know if I can swap a collapsible shaft from a 67 into a 66 that has the rigid shaft?

Re: collapsible steering column

Thanks,
I've got the 250 with 4 sp manual and 3.73 gears. Might be a good time to change the whole column and put in a 700R4. I thought the starter was going to be a problem because mine is 3 bolts to the bell housing but I just took it off and the block is drilled for the bolt up starter.
