Anybody done a 2/3 drop?

Considering a 2/3 drop with 2" drop coils and OE springs up front with 3" drop coils for the rear. If anyone has done this swap please throw some pics. I still haul bikes and stuff so don't want to slam it.

Reference measurements from the fender to the ground will be helpful too since I know the springs have sagged a lot over the years.

My profile pic is the 65 I did a 2/3 drop too. Rides smooth unitl I hit a bump in the road. Then i get tossed into the headboard. Not sure if my the shocks need replacing or what. I've only had the truck for 6 months and haven't driven it much. I'll get back on later if no one has provided you with the measurements yet.

Thanks for the pic ChevyJr. Did you do drop coils front and back or spindles in the front? That is a nice stance...doesn't actually look too much lower than my truck sits now, springs must really have sagged.

How does the spring rate compare to OEM coils? stiffer? springier?

It sounds like your shocks aren't absorbing much shock, lol.
