sbc 350 and saginaw 3 speed

I am about to install a 350 into my 66 c10 and hook it up to my stock saginaw 3 speed. So far I have leavened that the bell housing bolts right up and the engine mounts are the same. Now...does anyone know if I need a different flywheel? Or clutch? Etc? Is the transmission moved forward? What about the driveshaft?
