Thanks Mike Quote:
I'm not sure. I went ahead and placed the order for the arms with Dave so I could have it all cut with my dropmembers and I should be hearing from Nate about what exactly I should do on the arms. I welcome any input, especially from a wise suspension man like yourself!!

The 73-87 bagged dually guys run dually hubs with narrowed arms, or 1-ton single wheel hubs with "lengthened" arms. I'm not sure if the Dropmembers narrowed track width will be enough. Have you mocked up your front end, with the wheels you will be using, yet? The stock set-up won't tuck. As in this member's truck. (I would ask Nate what he thinks)

Lo, when you say "the stock set-up won't work"---do you mean with the semi wheels (like the pic, and like Rus will use)? In other words; mine is a '72 C20, I will run stock 16" steel one-ton wheels, shorter-than-stock tires (IDK the height yet), stock subframe, PB lengthened arms & bags, & C20 or C30 SW hubs. If I (I mean Nate) get the hub-to-hub dimension right, I should be good to go, huh? I know it won't lay frame, but at a lowish ride height, it will prob be driveable, or will it? Hope I didnt get off into hijack territory Rus, but like you, I love it when I find a man who knows! JK

The PB arms are for the guys spending the CA$H to run semi wheels, and lay frame. In your case,... I would just run dually hubs and stock a-arms with bags and cups. There are ton's of pics on the internet. I know people use this forum to answer specific questions,... but if you look around, you can find the exact truck you are building. Example: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=245096 Use Google Images.http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&s...w=1024&bih=485 Like these,...

Re: She's a ton of fun (dually build on air)
I've been meaning to ask you--what's the difference between a 3500 and a 4500? And what is the 3500 in?
Here's a 3500 for that appears to be much less $ than 4500's http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHEVROLET-19...5ac08f&vxp=mtr JK

Actually PB60442 is a Wagner # it looks like. I come up with the same applications, but it's Wagner #60443. Go figure
