What are you stepside guys doing for back up lights? Ones that you can actually see?

I fabricated a sheet metal pan to mount the lamps alongside the license plate. I used Unity 1950 vintage model “C” universal lamps. There are a number of other aftermarket lamps that would have worked just as well.

Here are a few photos showing how it all turned out:

And here’s how well they work at night:
