Thats the cable thats steel wound covered, try some spray graphite.

i spraed some liquid wrench and like i said if i disconect it it moves freely as well as the other components. whick leads me to believe its my routing or maybe a wrong cable

Stop using it until you get it figured out. The levers are made of pot metal and they break really easily. Take the cable off and clean it and lube it. Once you're sure it's moving freely, put it back in and try it.

yup already tried that maybe i need a longer cable
