Z covered most of it but...

POL has 3/4 ton spindles

You can get shackle and hanger kits for the rear.

The spindles up front and a cut spring can get your 5-6 inches up front. The shackle/hanger will get you 4 inches but if you remove some springs then you can get 6 out back as well.
