The chrome window trim was part of the Z62 option. The chrome front bumper is not and would be listed as an option. The lower body molding would be an easy correction as would the wheels. The interior color would be more of a problem but you should be able to get material from SMS if the seat cover neeeds replacement. Here are two code 623 imterior pictures.
Depending on what you can actualy get the truck for it would probably make a nice driver as is bodywise. Remember though sitting is not a good thing and it may very well need brake work along with the steering issue corrections mentioned.
