Carb issues?

My first time really posting so thanks up front for any guidance. I have a '65 with the factory 230. Only mods that have been done is that I have removed the oil bath and added power steering, power brakes and an HEI dizzy. She runs and idles smooth but when it warms up after I've been driving for a little she starts to sputter during acceleration from stops. After you level out at speed she runs fine. I'm 98.7% positive it's a carb issue but I don't have a lot of experience with these single barrels. Also, it did this before the HEI swap which helped lead to the swap. What and where are the adjustments? I think I'm running rich because I've had to play around with some choke issues as well. Any thoughts?

Sounds like it could be the accelerator pump or nozzle/bore. Maybe the cup is warped and leaking or the bore needs a good cleaning. If you replace the pump try to get one that is ethanol resistant. Also couldn't hurt to blow compressed air through the idle jet.
