N33 Comfortilt was not available with the column shift manual transmission. It required a 4 speed or an automatic on CK10-20. So the only two titl columns are manual or auto. If you must have tilt and a three speed manual it would need to be a floor shift version/conversion.

I've sat and stared at my auto tilt and my 3ott colum a couple times thinking hmmm if only.......
I would still like too buy one though

I had a Highlander which includes Comfortilt and automatic trans. It was ordered with a 3spd,so no tilt.
