gmc horn button and radiator hold downs

i got a pretty gmc horn button 25 shipped

1 pair looks to be 3 core hold downs 18 shipped

2 pair 4 core hold downs 18 shipped each pair

Are all the mounting tabs in place and crack free on the back of the horn button? Does it have any damage, cracks, or deep sctatches anywhere?

it all looks to be intact and i didnt see any scratches or anything,looks really nice,just dirty
