To me its just kicks that bed up a notch.lol This is the aftermarket bed. The ones I've seen are like this and have a very plain look about them. The chrome accent pieces are very hard to find and cost a lot when you do find them. The first pic I posted the guy was able to find the complete factory bed with all the trim many years ago and he just sold his step side bed and put the cameo on.
