The seat belt part can be changed out for a cup holder if you want. Someone on the board sells stainless cup inserts for them - can't think of who right now, maybe someone will chime in.

Board vendor "PICKMUP" sells the cup holder inserts for these consoles. They are very easy to put in and a very high quality part. We are very happy with ours.

Steve is that the same one that I restored for you, the pics are a little blurry. I see the emblem is blue vs. the yellow/gold.

Nope, not the same one. This is one that I bought from another board member that due to numerous things couldn't deliver it or refund my money. This was nearly two years ago. Anyway, he finally sent it but of course I've had yours for what - a year now?
