hopkins wiring kit question?
so i have a 84 k10, trying to rent a dolley from base, they are super stricked and want you to have lights and they want your ball to be super low, you know safety first and what not....but my question is i got the 4 and 7 plug kit, when i goto splice these wires into my wiring all i really need to do is use the four pin wires in the back and use all the required grounds right? wiring just makes me nervous bad experiences ya know

Here is the easiest way , no cutting or splicing.
Its from Hopkins, Part number 41115 Just separate your stock wiring harness behind the bumper. My truck I cut off the flat plug and wired it to my 7 way Bargman plug Desert |

thanks man, my wife was nagging me about all the vechicles in the yard, so i ended up splicing into the wires, wasnt too bad...took about 30 minutes
