Cool 72' interior idea

im thinking about getting a tannish color for my interior. the truck is gonna be like a semi gloss black. mostly stock is what im aiming for like wheels, trim, maybe different mirrors though cause the ones on mine are ugly. im also gonna slap on a sway bar and a dually exhaust.

You're thinking something custom, right? For factory colors I think of' the Gold they had in '69s or Sandalwood that was used on dashes and steering wheels. I think of Saddle more as a light brown. My '92 has a Light Beige interior, which is tannish, and it looks like Sandalwood

Re: 72' interior idea

Your door panel doesn't look like a 72. Did you change it somehow?

I'm tryin to go stock with this truck! But I'll get a Custom paint job, and aftermarket parts eventually after I get it running!

Here's a pic of mine. It's saddle color. It's in between sandlewood and brown.

Ok,I saw other questions you asked and I didn't think you wanted stock. There's no tan interior originally in these trucks. The Sandalwood was just on some trim in a Parchment interior. Saddle is the only thing close. The Gold is tannish white, but more of an off white than tan.
