Would there be any interest in ac flapper / diverter box repairs

i was thinking I could have people sen me their broken yet repairable one and send them back a refurbished on.. Is that too much? or would folks be interested in spending $40 on this vs 100 to get a new one.... or maybe i could put a kit together for $20 what do you guys think , am i crazy?

I would do it, but the actual door disintegrated on my diverter box...

thats how minw was.. at least on the single pannel part. a made a piece that replaces a bout 1/3 of the door

I would be interested in that, the rubber hinge on my flapper is useless.

A flapper, rod, and gasket kit might go over well if it is of good quality. I repaired mine but if a kit like this were available, I probably would have gone for replacing the bad parts.
