6.2 and 6 speed for sale in my area
What would be a reasonable price for this engine and gearbox?
It has 90xxx kms? Local yard ended up with the car after a house fire caused a load bearing wall to come down and crush the car. No fire damage to the car. They want 9000 for the package , more than I can justify! |

6 speed manual or auto? Ether way I'd say a tad high, but those combo's are in high demand so they might get 9k.

Supposedly a XLR , not sure if its manual or auto after reading the e-mail again, the seller contradicted them selves

i paid $8500.00 for a 6.2L/6L80E automatic 4-5 yrs ago. I think the set up had like 5 miles on it, if that helps ya!

6.2 wasn't even out when they were making XLR's, maybe he means CTSV. They have 6.2's and some even have t56 6 speeds.

the denali's are 6.2 and 6 speed auto, and the tahoes had the option in 2009. Not sure what he means by "car" and if it could mean "truck"....either way a 6.2 with 6 speed anything tranny is not worth 9,000.

I just bought a 6.2 with 6l80e tranny with 48,000 miles with harness, pedal, radiator, electric fans, and a bunch of other things for the swap from the donor for 5500.00 cash delivered to my house. This was out of an 08 escalade. This is in California. That's a frame of reference.
