2wd leaf shackle bushings

Hey everybody, looking for a little bit of help. I have a 71 gmc with G70 code rear leaf suspension. I was able to find the bushings for the leaf spring itself, but i'm not sure if i need the same size for the upper shackle bushings. Anyone know if the shackle bushings are the same size as the leaf eye bushings? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same suspension code (G70). I replaced my bushings three years ago. I just went to NAPA and was able to get the parts I needed.

Re: 2wd leaf shackle bushings

Well just in case anyone is searching for an answer as I was, the shackle bushings are NOT the same as the leaf bushings lol. As was stated before in this thread though, i'm sure you could find them through a good local parts counter or spring shop. I'm just a cheap bastard and try and find things on the ol' interweb.

They probably make replacement stock shackles somewhere as well, but i'm cheap and am not gonna spend $60 on shackles when i'm sure if i find the bushings they'll be at the most $30-$40.
