Glovebox Emblems Questions
Was just curious and I know that some of the more knowledgeable board members can answer my question....On a Cheyenne Super Longhorn were there two emblems on the glove box.My particular one has 3 holes top left and 3 holes bottom right?????????Or did someone just drill extra holes for some type ofemblem that is no longer there????????

Dash Emblem
I like the original emblems that Chevy used but my truck didn't come with one. Plus, everything has been changed so none of the factory emblems would have matched the truck. I'm going to drill the holes and attach this.

I'm afraid I can't tell you more than you already know, but I have a similar pickle. My 68 CST glovebox is black (the rest of the interior is brownish-greenish-gold (saddle?) and the emblem is missing. Can somebody tell me what the emblem is supposed to look like and if the black is correct?

to give you a little more perspective...this is a 67 glove box door and emblem...the one you may be looking for would be a "Chevrolet-with-CST" off the end of it...

That's duuurn close. My entire glove box door is 60/40 black (looks factory) and I think the emblem might be lower. Is there a specific CST emblem or did they just use the standard "Chevrolet" one, I wonder.

Castiron, I don't think those upper left holes are factory.
Shuttermut, Here's a vintage picture of a 68 CST interior with the bench seat. You can see a little of the glovebox emblem. It's similar to the one that Canadian694x4 posted. Both Customs and CST's had this emblem. It just says Chevrolet with a blue bowtie. There's no "CST" on the 67-68 emblem.

67cst, I just used thin double-sided tape to attach mine. You can get some round clips that insert into the glovebox holes but I didn't have much luck with them.
It almost looks like the 67 emblems were mounted a little higher than the later ones were.
