Bags placement and rims

After im done setting up the triangulated 4 link I want to put the bags on the top bars with a cup how do figure out where to place it as for the rims I want to run 26's but I don't have them at the Time is there any way I can figure that out without rims

Jackstands will hold your axle at the height you need. You just need to have the correct diameter of the tires you intend to run.

Thanks for the help I was thinking of cutting diameter out of plywood would that work is there any sites that would show me any diameter
