Low Budget Headers. What works, what doesn't?

I'm in the market for some new headers and I can't afford $600 ceramic coated hookers. What works, what doesn't? Any interchangeable parts from other GM cars/trucks?

in my opinion the headmans are the best cheap header, i paid around 200 for my headmans and the cam with everything, bolts, collectors, gaskets. you can go with a cheaper header such as flowtech, but they have a thinner flange that is known to leak.
