66 Driver window hard to roll up, how to adjust?

The driver window rolls down pretty easily, but as I roll it up it gets difficult to roll up right about mid way and 3/4 it jams up against the vent window frame. I have to grab the glass and roll up at the same time to get it to as far as it will go which leaves about 3/4 of an inch space.

Is there an adjustment that I can make to get it back on track?

Looks like the bar has lost the plastic wheel and has popped out and has been resting on the top of the track.

Is there a replacement plastic wheel to pop on, or does the regulator have to be removed and that stem be drilled out and a wheel added then welded back on?

And also I jave noticed that the vent window channel on both doors does not have a fuzzy looking channel groove the slide along, its just open. Should there be a channel to more tightly guide the glass up?

Here is a pic of the regulator bar that popped out of its track and is missing the roller.

noticed this as well

Shouldnt there be a coil for tension?
The passenger door has it but missing here.
Am I better off getting a new regulator? I imagine trying to mount one of those coils is a pain.

So with the coil missing, should I just buy a new regulator vs trying to replace all the rollers and coil? Ive been looking for just the coil and have not seen any yet, rollers I found here ..

Makes sense, I'll just order them both.

Question on the vent window bar that faces the edge of the roller window glass, shouldnt there be some channel slot to guide it? Mine is missing that fuzzy slider looking slot on both doors.

Thanks Woogeroo, I had looked there prior to asking and didnt see any mention of the channel and was pretty sure it needs it. It just rattles around in there. It's strange cause mine has nothing at all in it on both sides. I would have expected some parts to have rotted away but its just 2 big ole empty slots.

Easy to put in the channels and fuzzies, will make a world of difference. No adjustment though.
Pull the vent window and attached channel, two phillips head screws under the door panel then three along the edge of the door. Another removable channel behind the window held in with large phillips screws. Channel pops in easily, I used a little 3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive to keep everything in place.

Yes, don't futz around with that old regulator, get a new one or complete used one.
Lube the rollers and channels with a little white grease.

Much appreciated guys! Might as well restore the vents while I'm at it.
