Where to buy bench seat hog rings and pliers?

The Home Depot fence rings will not even fit in my automotive ring pliers. They are a heavier gauge wire than the automotive rings but I still ended up at a fence supply for rings that were bigger and a heavier wire (about 50%) for my dog anti-dig panels.
For automotive work you want a quality sharp ring that will close fairly easy with the ends passing not butting as it goes round.

They have different sizes at Home Depot. That last one I posted a link to is a small size 1. Would those not fit the harbor freight pliers?
