454 .40 over w/heads fs?

I have a big block I purchased from a vette guy about 4 months ago. I have is sitting in a machine shop in phoenix waiting to be built. - I just recently blew the motor in my truck and swapped it for a stock one with less than 10k on it ( 350 ) well, my thoughts keep leading me down the path to wanting to sell the big dog or trade it for some good ready to run bigger valve heads for the small block - as this weekend I am swapping the cam for a 280 putting in roller rockers and new lifters - it's currently running a stock ls9 hydraulic cam and standard rockers w/ a 1.94 - 1.5 valves. - I allready have a 296 cam that would go great with some 2.02 1.6 heads and the rest of the stuff. anybody interested in a '73 vette 454 w/oval port 118cc heads?
trade maybe for heads or sell complete?
if I don't get anything serious happening I'll probably get back on track to actually building it into the 700HP monster it is destines to be. BTW it includes the following parts only- no more no less:

1 LT1 73 high perf 2 bolt main block
2 oval port open chamber heads w/valves,springs,rockers
crank / all main caps bearings / pistons ( .40 steel forged )
oil pan / timing cover (aluminum ) misc parts to complete engine.
does not include cam/lifters timing chain/ intake

interested? - feel froggy? jump then whydoncha'
