$600 hubcaps?
I was thinking about finding some hubcaps and steelies to have to swap out on my pickup from time to time... thought I'd cruise ebay for a sec and saw these... I'm not gonna bid on em... those holes wouldn't work with my 2wd to well anyway...

Well, I suppose if you are really into the NOS parts or if those are the only items you need for your 100 point restoration it would be worth it. But it would certainly take a bite out of the budget... LockDoc

Re: $600 hubcaps?
most of those were damaged by people trying to pull the wheel covers off with an 1/2 " drive air impact and socket.

Re: $600 hubcaps?
Something funny going on there. The same person outbid themselves to the tune of an extra $500. Then they wound up winning it.

Re: $600 hubcaps?
I think it shows that way when they put a max bid in, it only bids enough to beat the next highest bidder, then if someone bids higher than their current bid, but less than their max, it just posts another bid for them, not showing the other bid....if that makes any sence.
These would have been a better deal.... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=539506 |

Re: $600 hubcaps?
Makes me re-think the pile of these things I have in the garage! I have about 10 of these, including the ones on my truck.
Heck, I was planning on making CLOCKS out of them! |
