What tire lift combination is this truck?

I sent a PM to TFANTIN (owner) but he has not been on for 2 yrs. I like the look of this truck and want to make my 87 GMC V2500 4x4 look similar. TFANTIN posted that the wheels are Kelsey Hayes 9.75x16.5 and the tires are 12-16.5.

Do you think the tires in the pics are 33x12.5x16.5 and what do you think the lift height is? I don't know what suspension the fire rigs came with.

My truck shown from 2002 is with fresh paint (2 tone) has 235/85/16's on it. The Ford hubcaps are gone and I have dog dishes on now. I can find 16x8 steel wheels from summit and use 285/75/16's which are about 33's and 11 inch wide. Do I need a 2-3 inch lift?

What do you guys think? Thanks.

I'd rock that red fire truck everyday Looks like stock height and 31-33's. Those wheels are hard to find. Someone had a few for sale a while back in the classifieds. They sold quick..... Those came on early 3/4T 4X4's and maybe 1 ton 4X4's. Pretty sure those were optional wider size. Stock width was maybe 8.25 inches? I think.....

The front leaf springs look to be flat rather than a positive arc. I'd say stock height.....maybe it has 3 leafs up front?!?
