Will the newer 6 lug Chevy wheels fit our older 6 lug trucks?

Re: Newer Chevy Wheels
What are you calling newer? Through 87 fit really well. Somewhere past that the backspacing is off and they tuck in too much.

Re: Newer Chevy Wheels
I tried putting these wheels on my 85 1/2 ton 4x4 and the center hole won't fit over the front or rear hubs.

Re: Newer Chevy Wheels
Backspacing is off a fair amount on 02 and up.
Mr Pops' problem is probably bigger than the backspacing.
