Gear and Series Question?
I have a 1984 2wd 8.5 10 bolt posi with 3.08 on it and want to know if I can put GM factory 3.73 on that Series Carrier (I believe to be a 3 series) My uncle says 3.73 or 4.10 take a 4 series carrier? But he works on 12 bolt 4x4 stuff

3.73 will fit a 3 series carrier, summit has 3.73s for either carrier
