Hello from Tucson ,Arizona
Been lurking here over the years for different projects and repairs I do......
I finally joined Awesome site and alot of info and great people! Little about me.... Been wrenching since I was knee high to a star wrench Started out in 1984 doing Fleet repair and independent shops from fork lifts to Fiat's till 1992...... Went to work for Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep mega dealer on the line from 1992 to 1998, then moved to a rural Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealer on the mexican border as shop foreman till 2003, got tired of the 3 hour commute and went back to original mega dealer, in 2006 got off the warranty repair train and transferred to the body shop doing body shop mechanical repair on all makes...... Full frame replacements, electrical and drivablity and so on...... Retired in 2009 to take care of my disabled wife full time after a motorcycle accident she had and I work out of the house repairing vehicles and motorcycles to make ends meet...... Have owned many vehicles in my life, but my first truck was a 1972 Chevy longbed with a 350 and 4 speed granny box back in 1982, I loved that truck and drove the wheels off it...many chevys, dodges and jeeps after that Glad to meet you all! Hope I can help a few people out, and gain some great info myself |
