Re: k20 hard brake line
Which brake line? Are you talking about the diameter?

Yes the diameter, all of them front and rear.

Re: k20 hard brake line
They are your standard 3/16" line. You have a few options at your disposal here. You can purchase the tubing in bulk and bend/flare your own lines, or go with a company such as Inline Tube who sells the whole prebent kit. I am currently in the process of bending my own because I don't get that many opportunities to throw tools and cuss words

Re: k20 hard brake line
They are 3/16, til they hit a splitter box (front to front right/ front left) Then they are 1/4" I bought a 25' roll of each and it will be enough to do my whole truck, with some extras for emergencies on other vehicles. It will be tougher for you to bend them because you cannot lay them out next to the factory lines and copy, but it is still doable and way cheaper.

Re: k20 hard brake line
My original lines were 3/16 all around, which is what I stuck with. I too decided on bending my own, but if you go this route you will want to make sure you have a decent flaring and bending tool. I really like my Eastwood benders, but should have spent more for the flaring tool. Flaring is really going to slow me down because of it.
