What can be seen of the sheet metal looks very nice, but rust or the lack of it is what really sets price on these trucks. The dogleg on the driver side looks particularly scary. I’d want to confirm if that’s just cracked paint, or cracked metal. The grille looks immaculate, and someone cared enough about the truck to turn the bumper upside down.

If there is a corresponding hole in the inner panel the hole below the windshield may be from a spotlight, but it’s forward a couple of inches for the factory bracket and there aren’t any smaller holes for the screws that normally hold the bracket to the cab. It may have served some other purpose, which may or may not matter to you.
